Keto Fast™ - Exogenous Ketone Supplement Review

Hello everyone, so today I am going to be reviewing this Keto Fast™ - Exogenous Ketone Supplement powder drink mix. So the company Healthy Wiser was nice enough to give me a coupon code so I could order this product and give it a try for you all. They also gave me a link for you all to use if you want to try it. Don't worry I am not at all being payed for this review this is 100% my honest opinion and I am not making money off of this review or this product in any way. But lets move on to the review. 

So what this drink does is make you have less of an appetite, have a better mood, will lose and maintain weight loss, and will give you energy. The drink comes in the flavor Lemon Lime which isn't one of my favorite flavors but I personally didn't think it tasted bad. I would usually drink this once a day about 30 minutes before I would have my lunch. I picked this time to drink it because I felt like it really did give me an energy boost and at school usually after I have lunch I am tired for the rest of the day so this just gave me a little boost of energy so I was able to make it through the last couple hours of school without falling asleep. To make this drink you simply either mix or shake 1 scoop of the powder with 6 oz. of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. I think it also has also helped so I don't eat as much as I normally would. So when I have a meal I feel fuller faster, and I don't get the urge to snack throughout the day as much as I normally would.
